Do Kalms Work ?!
Question: Has anyone taken Kalms before there driving test? because i brought some today and my driving test is on thursday. I dont no when to take them .. a hour before ?? a day before .. or what? and do they help get rid my nerves ?

I've never heard of it before, but there should be suggestions on the package. Typically, most people experience the benefits of calming products within 30-90 minutes... but I would suggest trying one today and just note how long it takes you to feel calmer..... then add 30-60 minutes depending on how nervous you think you're going to be.
Most driving tests aren't as bad as people think they are going to be, and you'll probably look back in a few weeks and wonder what you were so stressed about. Good luck on your test!
i had a problem with anxiety disorder , still do to a lesser extent, and i have tried Zanax and Kalms. The Kalms makes u sleepy, so if ur doing an activity that requires high levels of mental alert, i would not recommend it. Zanax on the other is good at calming nerves, but it has to be Doctor recommended, and can be addictive. My suggestion to you is that you pray and trust God, to see u through. The lord Jesus has not given u a "Spirit of Fear, but one of power, Love and a Sound Mind". Belive that you will be a success, and surely you will be.
