How does one switch from blood pressure medicine to nattokinase safely?!

Question: labetalol, clonidine, and avapro to nattokinase

Answers: labetalol, clonidine, and avapro to nattokinase

With the help and supervision of your physician. If you can find one that agrees with the change (good luck).

Well, probably not at all.

Going from those medications to an herbal remedy isn't necessarily what i recommend. Assuming you are stable on the medications, and your blood pressure is under control, I believe you would be putting yourself at great risk for rebound hypertension. Additionally, transitioning off your beta-blocker (labetalol) could also lead to an elevated heart rate for a significant period of time.

Additionally, I was unable to find any radomized controlled studies that pointed towards the nattokinase having any provable efficacy comparable at any doses to the combination of medications you are currently on.
