Gallstones or liver problem?!
Question: in Mid October I began having some pains in the right side of my body under the rib cage I noticed after drinking a certain brand of soda,and the next 2 days when I drank this soda the same pains were there ........ I quit drinking the soda but after eating a good meal would start getting the pains again usually in the middle of the night . so I tried to limit my diet .. very I am not doing well with the dieting part..
anyway last week my knee started huting around the knee cap and the shin bone and has ached off and on all week along with a feeling of minor swelling perhaps in my liver/gall bladder area and now my lymph nodes in my leg behind the hurting knee are mildly swollen ......
no fever or vomitting,no jaundice .......
does this sound like a liver ofr gall bladder or pancrease problem ?

You don't give any indication how old you are but swollen lymph nodes without other signs of illness should probably be checked out by your doctor.
