Any good good colon cleasners??? to take in a pill form?!

Question: Absolutely! I suffered chronic constipation for years. The only cleanser I found to work without side effects is OxyPower. It works on basis of ozonated magnesium oxide. Your colon, if not cleansed, becomes as cesspool of bacteria and toxins. Causes lethargy, sluggishness, chronic fatigue, all kinds of icky stuff. It is not always enough to be "regular", but an effective colon cleanser detaches the fecal material that has adhered to the mucous lining of your GI tract and flushes it. I work in medical field and am very skeptical, but I am believer now.

ask your doctor - you need a friend, not an enema

There are a lot of good quality colon cleansers, but if you are looking for a pill form, you will be taking several pills to make up the amount of fiber you would need to clean out your colon efficiently. You should stay away from laxatives to clean the colon, as they are the least healthy way to do that, but any good colon cleanser should have a good amount of fiber (and probably probiotics) in it.
The hardest thing is that there are so many options out there, but most of them are the same in essence, just different ingredients in the same categories.

Don't expect a "magic pill" to clean out your colon in a couple doses... any pill form should require at least a few pills a day for a couple weeks. Anything claiming less time than that is going to keep you in the bathroom for the entire first day or two if you don't have a lot of fiber in your diet already. Check the label and try one out.... anything anyone suggests on here is just their personal opinion and since different people respond differently to different supplements, you might not have as good of a response as they had. Good luck!

Hi there,
I am in the third month of a three month colon cleanse/detox and I would highly recommend it! The link is

www.drnatura.com

It is in part in pill form, however there is also a tea and a fibre drink that I can say actually is pretty good. I have a high gag reflex so coming from me that says alot! You just mix 1/2 - 1 scoop with a cup of juice or water and drink right away.

Anyway I have had chronic constipation for years and been on many meds which makes it worse. Once I started taking the Dr. Natura ~ I had full movements, even multiple times per day.
I'll let you check out the website for the details but believe me if it's testimonials you want you will find them there!!!!

I was skeptical at first but now I recommend it to everyone I talk to...we all need to understand how important it is that our digestive system, and colon are working properly!

Best of luck to you,
Monique
