Is wheatgrass cooling for the body-maybe avoid in winter????!

Question: Wheat grass does indeed have a cooling effect on your body and I was very surprised to discover this when I did a search for "wheat grass" + cooling so you might have to skip it in winter if it gives you winter problems.

Liquid chlorophyll has a cooling effect on your body as well and also the cooling herbs alfalfa, barley grass and wheat grass which are all rich in chlorophyll.

Your search - "wheatgrass cooling" - did not match any documents.

Wheatgrass is a very alkaline food.

If you are taking wheatgrass to help balance the ph of your body, then don't worry about if it is a warming or cooling food. Balancing your ph is something far more important.

If you're concerned about it being a cooling food, then just be certain to surround it with warming winter foods.

Hi there,
irrespective of the weather, it has been found to be found...
best wishes...
