Question: Wheat grass does indeed have a cooling effect on your body and I was very surprised to discover this when I did a search for "wheat grass" + cooling so you might have to skip it in winter if it gives you winter problems.

If you are taking wheatgrass to help balance the ph of your body, then don't worry about if it is a warming or cooling food. Balancing your ph is something far more important.
