the colors for those chakras are yellow, orange, and green so you could try incorporating those colors into your life more (eg. wearing them, color of your sheets on bed, jewelry). reiki is a good modality to try. reiki is an energy work that works specifically with the chakras to acheive balance and harmony. also, there are many books out there with different meditations and exercises to help you with energy blockages.
you could try working with crystals. there are many resources available about the metaphysical properties of these stones.
It is much better to spend your energy in more productive activities.
