Increase energy naturally?!

Question: What's a natural way to increase my energy level? I'm referring to possibly herbs and supplements. I have a 13 month old, and she's draining my energy level lately.

Also, I'm still breastfeeding her, so strong herbs/supplements can't be an option right now.

a multi vitamin with B-12 in it should help. Also exercise early in the morning helps, not an exhausting work-out but some light running or a little cardio, yoga or Pilate's helps me

Superfood plus is awsome, www.herbdoc.com

Try codonopsis; it is not as stimulating (thinking of baby up all night) as ginseng, green tea, or astragalus, but is an excellent energy tonic that is safe while nursing.

A women's energy multivitamin every day should help.

Flower Essences and gemstone Elixirs are used to capture the pure life energy of flowers and the vibrational energy of crystals and stones. As such they impart energy without chemicals.

Try Elixir of Quartz, Rhodolite Garnet, and Fluorite.
Also try Essence of Morning Glory, Sunflower, or Yarrow.

Food Based Vitamin and Food Based Mineral. Most Vitamins on the market are synthetic and the minerals are crushed up rocks. Our bodies do not recognize these as food, and most of them are just flushed down the toilet. I have found a vitamin and mineral that has been developed using a hydroponic technology (growing plants in water).

This is where they grow a plant that can absorb minerals and vitamins through it's roots, and the plant takes the vitamins and minerals and makes it into it's leaves. Then we eat the leaves and get our vitamins and minerals.

Another really neat thing about this is that they can measure the amount of vitamins and minerals in the water solution, and measure the amount of vitamins in the plant after the plant has absorbed the water.

This has lead to scientist being able to develop a standardized vitamin and mineral supplement. I take a supplement called Phyto-Matrix that is produced using this technology and provides my body with all the RDA of all the vitamins and minerals need and in a food form that my body uses!! These should not have any effect on your baby because they are food. It has really given me lots more energy! www.mannapages.com/terry08
