Any homeopathic medicine for eczema?!

Question: I have eczema in my fingers for the last 4 years. I applied ointments but kept recurring. Can you (a homeopathic practitioner) please suggest me some medicines.

I am NOT a homeopathic practitioner but I have been researching food/supplement effects on eczema.

The thing that the homeopathic doctors are saying is to try ESsential Fatty Acids. You don't put them on your fingers, you ingest them.. Probably in capsule or pure oil form. It is important that you use the alpha-linolenic acid, which is an OMEGA-3. (Omega-6 hasn't shown as much result).
That means flax oil, or fish oil which makes alpha-linolenic acid.
You can find these in capsules or oil form.. Start out with a few table spoons a day and see if that helps, then lower the dose if it does after a few weeks.

Florasone Eczema cream is one of the most popular products I've seen for Eczema and other skin problems. It's homeopathic and it helps with rashes, itching, etc.
