Does aloe vera juice heal all types of digestive issues? (100% aloe vera juice?)!

That was a major big seller item. It does help alot with minor
stomach ailments. Although it won't help with anything like
ulcers as far soothing some of the pain. For the cost some
medications could probably be of more help to you.

I really don't have a clue, but I doubt it can heal ALL digestive problems, such as tears in the intestine or ulcers, because those are serious. It might be able to handle simple problems such as indigestion, constipation, etc. though. But honestly, I really don't know.
it is supposed to cure cancer too. Take fresh aloe vera, the more bitter, the better.
It won't heal all digestive issues but has been known to help with irritable bowel syndrome.
