Does taking organic apple cider vinegar have an effect on prescription medicatio!
Question: i have been taking acv for some time now for various reasons. my husband has started recently but i wondered if it would cause an adverse reaction if taken too closely to his blood pressure medication. ( i know that they say not to take some medications with grapefruit juice) thanks in advance!

It has not given me any adverse reactions and I am on heavy medication. It is a product that is inexpensive and shows many benefits.
I dont think so,but it is acidic like grapefruit juice so follow the same guidelines.
ACV, as far as I know, does not have an adverse reaction with any prescription medication.
I've never heard of apple cider vinegar having any adverse reactions. If you are concerned, you can always take it 2 hours away from the medication to be sure. But, vinegar is not really any different than any other food product. If you have a list of foods that you should avoid while on medication, then you might see if the vinegar fits into a general category being told to avoid.
