There is nothing that will actually improve your eyesight but you can certainly slow down further deterioration.

Carrots, corn, blueberries and bilberries are all very good for your eye health.

Open your eyes wide, then look up as far as you can, then look down as far as you can, then look to the left as far as you can and then look to the right as far as you can. Practice doing this when you're brushing your teeth or whenever you have time. Vitamin A also known as Beta Carotene is important for eye health. You can find it in any red, orange or yellow fruits and vegies.
