Not sure what brand/kind you are taking, but only just 3 wouldn't necessarly make you have to go...The brand I'm familar with was 3 twice a day(6/day total) x 10 days....After 3 or so days you should start to notice something...I would also highly recomend the brand "Activa Yogurt". Its in every grocery store dairy section. Green container. They guarantee regularity within a week. Sounds like you need that...
i had that same issue with a lot of products and then when it finally kicked in there was a huge explosion sorry to be graphic my point is that i found a website and tried this product it works just like it says it does all testimonials are true i experienced it myself go to colonix.com by dr natura it is awesome i promise you will not be disappointed go with the 3 month program you will have much better results and ultimately save money it is pricey but what is worth more your health or money

Yikes. Colon cleanses are baaaad news. Just eat more fiber. Drink a glass of water with Benefiber in it every morning, for example. Don't waste your money on colon cleanses.
