Benefits YOU receive from fish oil????!

Question: Do you take it and for what reason? How does it come -- like in gell or pill form or do you have to mix a liquid with it? ANY INFORMATION you have personally with it is appreciated. I work with a ton of medical records/medications people take and I see it A LOT but had no clue what purpose. I googled it and it seems to have a lot of benefits (I have high blood pressure and it indicates it is helpful with this also). Do you take it and does it seem to work and what purpose do you use it?

It comes in gel capsule form. Omega fatty asids, i take it and it makes you have really healthy skin, lowers cholosterol, helps with joint lubrication and has tons of antioxidents (and a whole host of other benifits). I never heard of it lowering blood pressure though. Take it, it cant hurt you!!!!

You first have to find out what your ratio of Omega 6 is to Omega 3. We need the correct amount of each. Omega 6 is fairly easy to get. Omega 3 is a different story. Our local market sells fish with little or no Omega 3. All of us can benefit from taking Omega 3 daily. I take 1000MG of Omega 3 Fish oil from the North Atlantic ocean. (the best). research it and then make your decision.

I started taking 2400 mg of the Omega 3 gel tablets each night mainly to help with menstrual cramps. I read that it helps reduce the cramping... and it does! At this point, all of the other benefits are a bonus. I'm just grateful to be relieved of pain!
