Peppermint tea relaxes you it is great for upset tummy

I am going through my herb book to see what ones are good for that and this one seems funny I have not tried it but you might want to.
Pine needle tea.
pine is refreshing and invigorating will give a boost to anyone suffering from lethargy and exhaustion
abundant vita c necessary nutrient for all cells to repair .

You must use white pine and it is not available commercially it is necessary to forage for the needles yourself.
if you want to try this email me and I will tell you how to make the tea and how to find white pine.

Ginseng
use fresh ginseng to get the best quality go to a Oriental grocery store
ginseng is particularly helpful for combating exhaustion and difficulties in concentrating. it can boost immune function helps to speed recovery after an illnes enhance mood and lift mild depression.

pour one cup of boiling water over one tsp of fresh grated ginseng steep for ten min strain
this tea helps to sharpen concentration even in very elderly people.

you can have up to three cups a day.

if you are going to drink three cups a day I would start by using half tsp / cup

there is a warning in my herb book about not taking ginseng longer than three month or at hight than remommended dosages because doing so can cause sleep problems/ restlessness/ and or anxiety.

there are also some essential oils that can be stimulating if you are going to use them it is best to get the 100% pure oils they cost more but they last longer. also note that essential oils that are not pure are put into a carrier oil most of the time it is almond oil and can cause allergic reactions.
for these you will need a diffuser or you could use one of the oil rings that you put on light bulbs
eucalyptus oil

to counter fatigue and alleviat mental stress
5 drops cardamom oil
2 drops rosemary oil
2 drops peppermint oil

place oils in a diffuser for a refreshing and mood lightening

to reduce lethargy

2 drops bergamot oil
2 drops lemon oil
lighten the mood fight mental fatigue ward off nervois tension
extra lift

any of the citrus oils
lemon / lime/ orange.
hope this helps

Ginseng, Ginko,

Ginseng has always worked for me and gotu kola is fantastic!
You can get both at a health food store. While you are there, talk to the people that work there. They might have some good solutions for you too.
