Anything other than clean air can damage your lungs, particularly hot smoke. Since you are looking for a less than natural high, take heed and do it properly since Salvia D. can be extreme. Also be aware that if you are not in the best of mental health (depressed, anxious, angry) you can turn your experimenting into a horror story. Become a statistic and you'll burn more than your lungs.
