Creatine, go to a GNC. It's the cheapest and the closest to becoming illegal but isn't.
HGH is better than roids because its natural...but expensive as hell. Id ask the guy at your local GNC

Proper nutrition along with hard work. A lot of the supplements could be worthless and even dangerous.
