Alpha Lipioc Acid is a very powerful antioxidant, but it also chelates heavy metals, including Mercury. If you have almagans in your mouth I would suggest that you not used Alpha Lipic Acid.

a friend told me if you stick some acid in your eye everything will look younger.. but i never tried it...because he was kinda weird...unlike me that is..

It is an antioxidant and these kill free radicals. Free radicals are what age us, so yes in a way thay help us to age better. I do know that it is also good for the mind, you will notice the results with that much quicker.
