Effective herbal treatments for arthiris?!

Question: The homeopathic remedy Rhus toxicodendron was very effective for me. So much so that I have not taken any NSAIDS or pain relievers for over a year.

The Rhus is specific for joint stiffness and pain that improves with movement (not rheumatoid arthritis).

You can get a bottle of pellets from a health food store. Use the 200C. Take six pellets a day (not with food and do not touch the pellets with your fingers - just toss into your mouth and dissolve under your tongue).

You MUST test yourself on the benefits of this for your body. Do not take it mechanistically for the next six months or forever. Try that dosage for several weeks and then "experiment" by cutting down the amount. What happens if you skip a day? Can you skip two days or a week or maybe only take it one day a month?

One of the most basic principles of homeopathy is the MINIMUM dose and the follow-up in observation to see if the remedy is effective and how much is actually needed for your body to control or eliminate pain and stiffness.

If you do not do this with great consciousness and observation and you overuse it you can start "proving" the remedy and develop a rash that will drive you nuts and be very hard to antidote.

Rhus toxicodenron is made from the poison ivy plant so beware!

Apply DMSO (from health food store) topically to affected areas regularly. Also try using an infared sauna if you have access or cash to buy ($2000-3000?)
Also if a practitioner in your area has an ion cleanse machine (detox footbath) try that.
All detox programs clean junk out of your body, and this will help arthritis.
And drink more water when you do any of this!
