Is it illegal to order prescription meds online from china and have them shipped!

it seems that it is ok except for: commercial size shipments and controlled substances (narcotics), regular meds in 90 day supplies are allowed based on the above rules
personally I have been ordering online from England for almost 2 years now without any issues, the site THE-MED-STORE.COM even guarantee's delivery, not sure I would trust buying directly from China, but if you know the source and feel secure why not.
Before anyone even starts to yell at me, I agree that taking meds should be monitored by your doctor, but in the case of some of the more expensive meds, buying online can save thousands per year if your insurance company will not cover them. It is a choice and each of us should be allowed to make.
