How will i take care of my skin by using an alternative source and by not spendi!

Question: Drink loads of fresh filtered water as the healthiest and blemish free skin will always be in the best nick.

Try to cut back on the things that will dehydrate you rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins too ie: caffeine, sodas and soft drinks, alcohol are all brilliant B complex thieves ......... things such as the antiobiotics, antidepressants, laxatives, aspirin, diuretics will all also do a great job of robbing you of your B's.

The B complex of vitamins are essential for healthy immune, digestive and neural functioning.

Cut right back on high fat and sugar laden foods and drinks also and include more fresh fruit and vegies, wholegrains and cereals, lean meats and fishes, skimmed milks and cheeses and nuts and seeds in your diet.

The antioxidants A, C and E are powerfull allies in healthy and radiant skin beauty.

To cleanse your skin simply use a low irritant cleanser such as 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda mixed into a paste with some organic apple cider vinegar and smooth over your face with a cotton ball as you would a normal cleanser, concentrating on problem areas. When you have finished simply cleanse with a warm face washer. Voila !! wonderfull stuff!! Then place two tablespoons of ACV into a cup of warm water and dab the mix over your face with another cotton ball as a toner. When you have finished simply moisturise with a small amount of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (yep, the stuff you use to cook your food) and you will be very pleased with the results.

Loads cheaper, chemical free and very good for sensitive little bodies.

Eat a good balanced diet, drink plenty of water, get enough exercise time, A good multivitamin ( Nature's Way Alive! is very good) and use olive oil on your skin. My Italian grandmother used only olive oil (inside and out), she was well over 100 yrs old when she died but didn't look a day over 60. It's inexpensive and very good for you.
