Cleansing program?!
Question: I have been hearing the term "cleansing program" frequently. I only have some basic knowledge about the subject. I would like to hear from someone that has used it. Can anyone tell me a little bit about it and does it work? And, what does it work against?

I used Dr. Natura's detox and colonix program for severe hives. To make a long story short, the doctors really can't do anything for hives so I came to the conclusion that I was getting them due to my body responding to years of exposure to environmental pollution, food additives, dyes, perfumes, ect., ect. I used this program for 1 month and I have not had hives for over 1 1/2 years now. That is truly a miracle in itself.

I am sure there are many programs. The one I use is Isagenix. I think it is the best! I have lost over 20 lbs and feel better than ever.
