Any input on fenugreek for increasing breastmilk supply?!

Question: I take it any time I notice my milk supply decreasing, along with plenty of water, I think it works great. Like when my baby has been sick and not eating, I know my milk will taper off, so I'll take it to keep it up and be available when his appetite returns.

Fenugreek is a known supplement in places such as India and the Middle East for increasing milk production. Other herbs known to help increase milk production (galactogogues) include red clover, raspberry leaf and fennel.

Best wishes.

It totally works. We had a health food sore for a number of years and are still very active in the industry. Our family has over 30 years experience in the industry and we've seen this used time and time again successfully. I'm adding a link to the La Leche League International, just type fenugreek into their search box for pertinent information.
