Spondylolisthesis Is the condition where one of the lumbar vertebrae moves forward over the one beneath. This causes severe pain in the nerve at the back of the thighs and legs.
Why not try Traction therapy & SWD, ( no medicine)

Spondylolysthesis has nothing to do with sciatica infections. I think you didn't understand your Doctor. Sciatica doesn't come from infections anyway, but it is causes by pelvic alignment problems. Chiropractor, Holland. Report It

    What are 'spinal Sciatica infections'?

Spondylolythesis is a condition affecting the structure of vertebrae making them slip forward narrowing the space in the vertebral canal which can casue impingement.
    It's predominantly caused by:
    Being born with it
    Vertebral fractures.

I cannot understand why you would need antibiotics either for sciatica or Spondylolythesis.
    Can you explain more please?
