Should i close face and body soap with a plastic cover or leave it out?!

Soap should always be left to dry as when moist it is prone to spoilage: going soggy/mushy.
I am not convinced really that vitamins in soap are going to be of any benefit as they are unlikely to be absorbed through the skin and even so would not provide any real benefit. Even other components may not get absorbed as soap doesn't really stay on the skin long enough. A good moisturizing cream after would give you more benefit with respect to nourishment.
Leave the soap exposed to the air as it needs to re-dry out....just as it was dry before you used it!
