I actually heard that pregnant or breastfeeding woman should not take alfalfa supplements.

Anyways some things that scientist have studied that alfalfa might contribute to are
to lower cholesterol
help clogged arteries
to lower blood sugar levels


There are also many things that have not been studied that people believe it is good for such as
Indigestion
appetite stimulant
cervical and breast cancer
stomach ulcers
hay fever
asthma
wound healing
there are so many more I'm sure
