Ive got a cold, any aromatherapy to clear my nose?!

warm air vaporizer. vick's vapor rub.
either Vick's vapour rub or olbas oil, put either onto a tissue and under the pillowcase at night or carry it around and breathe the vapour in when needed.
Don't know if you'd class this as aromatherapy but it works! Go buy Vicks Sinex Soother, a nasal spray which when used will unblock your nose within 10 minutes.
I've just recovered from having a cold & this was a life saver!
I just got over a cold. I used a combination of eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils in a diffuser. It helped me to breathe much easier. Hope this helps you to feel better.
Olbas oil on a tissue should help, or eucalyptus oil.
try eucolyptus oil in a bowl of boiling hot water with a towel over your head, works for me!
Oh my God, people, vicks isn't aromatherapy!!! The others are right however, eucaplyptus oil is wonderful. I burn it in an electric oil burner over night when my kids have a blocked nose and it is good as new by the morning. Make sure it's good quality essential oil though.
you can use frankinsence oil,or eucalyptus oil in your bath,reccomend it
Try some simple menthol crystals in boiling water or Olbas oil can also help.
