there are a couple of schools in the United States that teach
Chinese herbal medicine and it is on the level . they use natural herbs to treat the person holistically and this although sometimes copied by synthetic medicines developed by the drug companies (ie) red dice yeast for cholesterol has the same ingredient as the synthetic copy ,is usually effective and more mild in it's adverse contraindications and as I said holistic . Research for yourself though you shouldn't take my general word over the net but find out for yourself. for instance look up statins and google red rice yeast and how it was once banned by the FDA even though statin synthetics have been approved . live and learn.

if it's from a well known trusted source, then yes it works
china has thousands years of history, and chinese herbs work
but if you are getting your info from a website or some illegitimate place, then of course it's phoney
