Folic Acid.. can it help my hair grow?!

You can get a hair blend formula (in capsuls) at health food stores the main ingredient is folic acid. It takes time. I'm taking it right now.

All of the B-vitamins are good for the hair.

yeah, it does. I myself take multivitamin that contain folic acid. its good!
