What is the deal with those detox foot pads? how could that actually work??!

Question: i saw them. i want some.

Answers: i saw them. i want some.

I don't know for sure, just saw the ad on TV today. Did you notice there feet were pretty dirty to begin with, where the patch wasn't in contact with there foot. Sounds to be good to be true.

ummmm that a really hot avatar...

They don't work. It is a ridiculous product and a real scam. Likely the color change is simply a chemical reaction initiated by body heat.

I may just be overly critical, but
it's my opinion that these small, cheap pads are filled with
a dark colored powder and when your feet sweat, it turns
the pad darker and hence,
the toxins are coming out.
I think it's bull. To REALLY get the toxins out would be to
eat properly/drink lots of water/sleep well/exercise well/
keep the bowels open.

I think its the same with those alternative medicine foot bath's. You are supposed to release toxin's through your feet but if you actually watch someone get one of those you can see its a scam. There is probably some chemical in the foot pad that makes it change colors when it warms up.

I dont guess I have seen them.. If something is too good to be true it usually isnt worth their money .. I dont go into fads ..
