Will hypnosis help with sex anxiety?!
Question: I have severe sex issues and have tried all sorts of things. I hate it mentally. I have sex abuse and relationships that sex was always just expected in my past. Was waundering if hypnosis would help my thought process and make it more tollerable.

Hypnosis can be an effective therapeutic tool, but you should understand that it is a means to a solution, not the solution itself. About 85% fo the population is open to hypnosis, so there is a good chance that you can be hypnotized and there is a real possibility that a good therapist can work with you on these issues.

Possibly, hypnosis has ben known to help alleviate deep seated issues, mental or emotional. Pick someone certified to practice hypnotherapy.

It might if you think it will, and you are susceptible to hypnosis. Not many people are.
Hypnosis is not really an "altered state"....it is just a condition of being very relaxed. It has been described by many as an agreement by two people to role play.

Hypnosis is useful for most things, including sexual issues.
Hypnosis is a natural state & a hypnotherapist simply induces that state, make sure that you visit one who you feel at ease with. Anaylitical hypnosis may work well.
