How do I help stiff bones?!

Question: I went snowboarding and how I feel pain in my bones

Answers: I went snowboarding and how I feel pain in my bones

Take a long hot bath and also if you are over 21 you can take raisins and soak them on gin for a week that will take your pains away.

Try soaking in a hot bathtub or hottub. The pain you are feeling is most likely from sore tendons and ligaments. Also try taking an NSAID like Motrin (Ibuprofen). Follow label directions though as taking too much can be harmful to your liver. Hope you feel better!

stretch

what i usually do is massage it until it gets soft

Even though IcyHot is for muscles, it really helps for general stiffness in the body.

It's not your bones, it's the musles around them that are stiff and sore. A long soak in the bath is the very best treatment, but it will just wear off anyway...you're young:)

Don't snowboard. that will help. If it's the first time, it is going to happen . Put hot 15 min. and , cold 15min. Alternate between the two.
