I have, and it's a pretty good cleanse, but only a 10 day cleanse, so I used 2 the first time then 3 back to back the second time. I start on the last day of the full moon, because the moon is waning and it's the best time to begin a purge/detox.The Perfect Cleanse is pretty convenient. You use it before dinner, after dinner, and right before bedtime.
I did add essential fatty acids (Cod Liver Oil and Evening Prinrose Oil) and I think that they help move "things" along. Other than that, the kit's got everything you need including fiber.
My favorite and usual cleanse is the Renew Life Cleanse Smart kit, but I have to add my own fiber and oils. That dose is 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, so I feel that it is the most convenient and easiest to use.
