Yes, but better cold remedies are Mullein Tea with honey, Apple Cider Vinegar - about 1 teaspoon in a glass of apple juice, Vit C 500 mg, 2x a day (separate times, not at the same time), Garlic - we make it into a garlic butter with 1 clove crushed and 1 tablespoon butter, then put it on bread and grill (not toasted) or put it on pasta. Peppermint tea, again with honey. Lots of liquids. NO refined sugars - they suppress your immune system so it has to work harder. And, good old homemade chicken soup.
