Homeopathic remedies are mostly safe while breast feeding, much more safer then any other form of medication known to man. If you still have any doubts about it you can shift to formula milk for your baby while you are taking Homeopathic or any other medication. And for the remedies i told you about Anal Fissure I can say with a lot of assurity you will be well within a week which is not a long time by any standards. Please check the links above you have a few good links in the answers above me, and sorry to contradict CSmom, Homeopathy is the most effective and safest medicine to treat anal fissures or any other ailment or disease for that matter.

Best of Health to you.
Take Care and God Bless

Some of these remedies are very strong. Anything you swallow will reach your baby via breast milk so be very careful. Ask you Doctor or health professional before you take anything. If this is for a fissure on your nipple then of course the baby will get it in its mouth.

If you're using a low potency (30c or lower) and only take one or two doses, that should be fine. If it's the right remedy you should get some response by then anyway.

The only way a remedy could hurt you or your baby was if you ended up taking it often enough to 'prove' it - that's when you start to get symptoms of what the remedy is supposed to cure.

Honey, there is no homeopathic remedy for your problem, the only way to fix a recto-vaginal fissure is to have it surgically corrected. No home remedy is going to heal up a hole that goes between your vagina, and rectum. That occured when you tore while giving birth to the baby. This is not an uncommon problem.

Did you have a home birth? If so, you need to consult with a Family Doctor, that can refer you to a Surgeon to get this fixed. If you had a hospital birth, I am very surprised they did not do a better job of sewing you back up, if they did do an episiotomy, or you just tore. If that is the case, you need to go back to your OBGYN, and have this addressed ASAP, or you could end up with many UTI's.

I wish there was a hoeopathic way to fix this, but I do not know of any.

A true homeopathic cure will be perfectly safe because the active agent in these things is actually just water. It has been diluted to the point where it is chemically water. They say that the more diluted something is the stronger it will be. If that was true we could fill a bath with a drop of vodka and get drunk for months for free. Whatever you do about your condition you shouldn't trust your babies health to homeopaths. see a real doctor and get real treatments.

As homeopathic pills are just water you can take them with impunity. Just don't expect them to solve anything. What sort of fissure? There's probably a herbal remedy that WILL work.
