Ginger helps settle an irritated stomach

cuz it works

something with the ginger... when i had stomach problem, my mom would give me ginger syrup

It's the ginger, not the ale. I don't know about diarrhea, but ginger is supposed to be good for upset stomach.

i dont know but my mom use to give us that when we was little and sick... warm ginger ale and if we said our stomach hurts she would make us eat saltine crackers... it worked though lol

Cause ginger settles the stomach. The ginger ale is supposed to be flat when you drink it, so the fizz doesn't upset your stomach even more. You could also boil some fresh ginger root in water for about 5 minutes to make a tea, and sweeten it with honey.

It settles your belly, I'm not sure how though.

Ginger soothes rolling stomachs. The citrus in it (Vitamin C) helps fight the bugs. It's stays down good and helps prevent dehydration when you have a stomach bug. It works well.

Because you've finished the Tequila

Ginger Ale is used because it has ginger in it and ginger is a natural remedey for a upset stomache.
