Making Wheatgrass Juice at home?!
Question: I get it every day at Jamba Juice and want to squeeze me own. The thing is that the fresh wheatgrass is only fresh enough to harvest within a short period of time. I'm single and don't want it to go to waste. Can it be done successfully for just one person? I appreciate help from anyone who does/did squeeze their own wheatgrass. Thank you soooo much!

It is very easy to do at home. Best to grow it yourself and with a little time you will learn how much to grow so there is not too much. It lasts quite a while (a week or so) after getting mature enough to juice. It's also a lot cheaper to juice your own. You can buy the wheat berries at a health food store.I grow about a weeks worth at a time, and start a new batch every week so there is always a fresh supply. Hope this helps.
