it is dangerous with alcohol and can be habit forming. One should have a physical before taking it to make sure it won't harm you. Cant be stopped abrubtly

You definitely need to know how many milligrams to take. If it isn't prescribed you no idea what a safe amount is. Too much can slow down your system to the point you stop breathing and die.
