What vitamin pills can i take to improve my memory?!

Question: I like some of the existing answers, so I'm going to repeat them with some web searches and links to related pages and links to video searches, plus a couple of my own bits of stuff . . .

Gingko biloba. English wikipedia Ginkgo

More effective than any vitamin pill is any kind of mental gymnastics. Doing sums or solving crossword puzzles, or playing sudoku. Just keep your mind working.

I'd like to add chess as per some articles that happened within the last few years:
Google chess Alzheimer's

Fish oil and ginkgo biloba.
Google fish-oil omega-3

Those with taurine or glutamic acid....if natural, eat fish..fish oils are good for neurotransmitters.
google taurine
google glutamic-acid OR glutamine wiki
google "Bob Beck" OR Robert-Beck OR Robert-C.-Beck brain-tuner OR bio-tuner Lockheed glutamine

In addition to these, I've also learned about linseed-oil a.k.a. flax-seed-oil:
google flax-seed-oil linseed omega-3 omega-6 omega-9

Also there is the electro-medicine of Dr. Bob Beck with his Brain Tuner / Bio-Tuner black box electro-stimulator:
google "H.+L.+Wen" Hong-Kong Brain-tuner Beck Patterson NET CES

There is also the Beck Protocol
Google "The+Beck+Protocol"
google video "the+Beck+Protocol"

Gerson Therapy is also good for all kinds of things:
Google video "Gerson Therapy"

(The power hour video is actually a Radio show. Discussion in that one starts at about 1h:07m into the "video.") The "Dying to have known" documentary is very good. The video with "Chapter 3" in the title is excellent--watch the entire thing especially the part about the inventor of the Norwalk Juicer machine--Norman Walker who supposedly lived to an age of 117 years:
Google video search "Gerson Therapy" "chapter 3"

Sorry if the links don't come out right. When I used http in front of them with google links, Yahoo answers thought that I was spamming and gave me an error 999 to reject my submissions. Someone out there doesn't like me using the competition's search engine? This new edit sucks pretty badly and makes it hard to link anything else. This answer submission a couple of days ago was accepting lots of links, but now "someone" must have complained, and a programmer was set to the task of doing a server side parser for web links through Google or elsewhere that would send the web visitor away from Yahoo to its competitors. Big brother an all of that now! More inconvenient typing / copy / pasting for we users of this particular system.

Each time I've got Google in front of a line, that line goes into the google search string field. Happy searching.
