Fast ear infection relief please!!!!!?!
Question: i have a really bad ear ache and i mean bad! i cant get to sleep its so bad. i took theraflu about 3 hours ago so i dont think i can take nyquil or advil pm yet is there any thing that will help this im really tired and it hurts really bad! thanks

Warm olive oil into the ear my ease the pain a bit. Also a warm hot water bottle pressed against the side of the head my ease it too.
Take Paracetamol with Ibuprofen and don't take Aspirin as it will irritate the lining of the stomach esp. if you're taking Ibuprofen as well. The Ibuprofen will help to reduce the inflammation in the ear.
If it doesn't ease then you'll have to take some antibiotics.
If you add some onion to the olive oil whilst it's warming then the oil in the onion has some antibacterial properties, but it does smell.
Try something with a decongestant/antihistamine for pressure in the ears. If you took something with aspirin, you can take something with ibuprofen in between and alternate them.
