Hi Derek, how ya doin, at this very moment I am talkin to you, and your giving me advice on how to massage, it's kind hard to follow with my dyslexia and everything...but your a great teacher.
Sorry, Im not answering your question....maybe you should avoid potassiam, that can make you sore, well a lot of it can. Vitamin E, licorice, horsetail, valerian, and cinnimon should help. Soreness in the muscles can also be treated by direct topical applications of cream of the calendula...Sorry this is soooooo long, but I have to go, I'm talking to you. Bye! Take Care. :)

A full day a massages is MORE than a work out. Take the day off.

Not to be flippant, but why don't YOU get a massage? And why work out after doing massage all day, when that's a workout by itself?

I am not a male massage therapist but i concur with the other input. If you are offering massage therapy to multiple clients on multiple days of the week and your are good at it then you are already getting a lot of exercise....You should be paying more attention to taking care of yourself and adding something to your schedule to renew your own personal energy..

.'building' your body sounds like some kind of other issue...Maybe there is a method that you can use other than weight training that will be more beneficial.. something of eastern influence that will give you back some of your energy and some time to focus on yourself rather than clients.
