i cant help after the hangover but if you drink a glass of water in between your actual drinks it will help after you are done drinking eat bread or a sandwich it will absorb some of theliquid and you wont be so hungover the next day.... or take chasers before you even start drinking!
The cure is in the prevention. After drinking and before you go to bed, take two Ibuprofen (not tylenol or aspirin) and you will not wake up with a hangover. I have practiced this for years and it works.
Or - shocker - don't drink in excess. :)
drink one more beer and some real spicy food...
I think after boozing, u shud have glass of lime water without sugar or salt, i use it and it does help
GET SOME B-12!!!!! This is a vitamin (food supplement) but is the absolute cure for a hangover. Don't ask me why...I haven't a clue; however, from personal experience, I know it WORKS! B-12 is a little bitty pill which you put under your tongue (sub-lingual) for 30 seconds and then just let it melt in your mouth until you swallow it. My husband, a chemistry major in college, told me about B-12 and I always pass along his advice whenever the question is asked.
don't drink......just go exercise like crazy drink lots of Gatorade.........
