Essential oils are also really great too. Some lavendar and chamomile in the water can help with relaxation which will ease achy miscles. Peppermint oil (diluted with oilive oil- maybe too strong otherwise) can be rubbed on the abdomen, and this can help with digestion. There is a blend that young living makes called Thieves oil. This is a cinnamon, lemon, clove, and a few others. It has antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial propertites to it. It can be rubbed on the feet to prevent sicknesses, and also help the body heal quicker. Also getting to an alkaline diet helps. This is done with fresh raw fruits and veggies and lots of water. Good luck.

Most of the herbs you would take internally can also be absorbed through the skin and respiratory system by infusing in the bath.

Elderflowers will help the sinuses and to kill the virus. Peppermint will help you breath. Yarrow helps lower fever and with achiness. Thyme leaf is a good tonic and germ killer. Lavender, Linden, Hops & Chamomile are all soothing and relaxing.

To make a bath, use one ounce of leaves in a quart of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes, strain and pour in a shallow bath. Don't use soap for this bath, just soak until the water is tepid. Can also be used as a foot bath.
