NO! hey i know a girl who claims to be an insomniac. but the more you take those the less they will help. your body is becoming immune. the best you can do is go herbal. I'm not kidding. I've never done it but I bet if you do a little research and then talk to your parents about your issues sleeping. (make sure to tell them you'd like to try some herbal remedies to help you so that you dont harm your body0 that they will help you find some stuff --try your mom however awkward it may be -just because she may be a little more open to the issue than dads. the masculinity can get in the way of the whole "herbal" idea let us know what you do!

EDIT: dont upgrade, dont take sleeping pills. My house was broken into when I was young and my dad was at work (he used to work nights when I was little and i woke up. i actually got up before he left and he told me to go back to bed..... it was really scary and i will always remember it. just imagine if something happened and you couldnt wake up? the danger is too great -dont leave yourself vulnerable.

You should only be taking them as the package says....no more. If, you need help sleeping at night you need to talk to your doctor.

read labels..
* you get a star....=)

Yes

They're safe if you use them properly. You can use anything the wrong way or abusively and it cause you harm its all about reading and doing.
