Question: Has anyone read or heard the CD version of this book? I downloaded the CD version and I heard 0 cures. He says the same things he said in the infomercial for this thing.

I ordered both of the books, waste of money. He says nothing that we don't already know. He recommends internal cleansing (colon cleaning) to help lose weight and exercise and sensible diets, same as all other weight loss ads. The best way to lose weight is cut back on your fat intake (fat makes fat) exercise, eat lots of fruits and veggies and leave the junk food alone. Drink lots of water. I lost 23 pounds in 6 weeks before I got gastroparesis. Then I lost 70 pounds in just 3-4 months because I can't eat food. But don't waste your money on Trudeau's books.
read both books and found them both to be very informational, however no one can do everything he list in the book, but it is great reading for anyone who believes in natural medicine
I have been told that his CD/Book is a waste of time. Like you said, no cures. You are better off to do a search on Amazon and read some reviews of books that actually have natural cures.
We have a natural remedy dictionary, contains some things, but of course not everything.

A while ago you had to join his website to get the answers. He has some good information.
Learned nothing from his book, don't waste your time or your money. He rambles on in the whole book about what he could have said in one sentence
