Calms of bach rescue remedy?!

Question: I have recently moved in to a new property and my neighbour is a c@w, I find myself getting very stressed about things that dont in the grand scheme of things really matter such as parking, at the time though I cant rationalise this. Would taking calms or bachs rescue remedy help? If so which would be best and can either be used on a long term basis?

Thanks

Rescue Remedy is a great stress reliever and you can take it as long as you want without any ill effects. You can shake the bottle well and put a few droppersful in and 8 oz water bottle to sip throughout the day when you feel stressed. It is just as effective with that dilution and makes your bottle last a lot longer.

It might not be the best remedy for you however. There are 38 Bach flower essences (RR has five of them and is the only one sold in combination).

The only thing you can really change in life is your own attitude and there are flower essences, such as Oak and Rock Water to help adjust to things that are throwing you out of emotional balance.

Rescue Remedy is really best for situations of extreme trauma (physical or emotional), pain, loss of self-control, shock. The only thing in RR that probably would be of use to you in this situation is the Impatiens (for agitation or irritability.)

i use rescue remedy and get instant relief but it's only a short term solution really. you can use it regularly but the less you use it the more effective it seems to be. taking something is not the resolution for your situation.

rescue remedy really does relax & taste great too as your place a few drops of it on your tongue .
i find that kalms just dont work at all

People i know swear by Kalms and spearmint & calomonie tea they think they work wonders i have never heard of rescue remedy but go with whatever you think will suit you best.

Go to a store/pharmacy, that has a professional on duty who is familiar with each of the Bach flower Remedies.

Rescue Remedy is a good base. Yes, put 4 drops into a big glass of water and sip it whenever over the day. Mix to that also two drops of Vervaine ( if one has fixed ideas about something and is strongly driven) and two drops of Walnut (face life changes and protects form others influences).
This is a beautiful mix and should taken over a few weeks help you be calmer.
Added to that you might want to do some Emotional Freedom Tapping. This is easy to learn and you can download a free manual on www.emofree.com You concentrate on your issue with a set up phrase like, Even though I feel stressed out concerning (add specifics), I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Then you tap on the described acupuncture points. It sounds perhaps complicated, but is very simple and easy to do.

I tried this & it's like pouring cold water on fire!
it's called Avena Sativa by Dr Vogel; u can find it in good health shops.

Hope this helps;
xx

PS. I know what you mean, I have had plenty of such neighbours & it might help to try the neighbours from hell website for advice?join their forum, it's very supportive

5htp will help you to relax. The Bach remedies only last a very short time.

You really need to speak to this neighbour and let her know that you're not gonna tolerate any cr@p from her!
