He is right about everything that I have read by him so far.
People try to discredit him saying he never had a degree.
They say the same about John Gray and his Men are from Mars, books.
I think they are more right than the so called Experts.
They discredit them simply because they want people to go to the main stream experts for advice.
You can get the book from the library or you can look through the book at Barnes and Noble and Borders and if you want it then get it

I have. It is nothing more than the standard "drink 8 glasses of water [however not tap water], eat more organic fruits, vegetables and meats" that kind of thing.
Is it effective? Yes. Worth buying? Well, you can find out all of these things on the internet, if you search hard. Weigh that [no pun intended] against having that info wrapped up in his neat little package.
If his diet is about proper nutrition along with an exercise program. It just may work . I have the book but I haven't read it. I understsnd the fed's are on him so Imagine it will work or the FDA wouldn't be after him.
everything by mr tredeau is worth it. while you are at it, get the natural cures book too.
Kevin Trudeau is one of the biggest con artists of our time. He is making millions with his useless dribble. He has no medical education or back ground, therefore, I would be very leary of any advice he gives. The government has been after him for some time now. Save your money for something useful.
