Will Vitamin B help me feel better?!

Question: I was watching a commercial this morning about vitamin B and I would like to hear some that take it. Do you have more energy? How long does it take to work? I have some drops that I put under my tongue today and I'm still tired. Any experience you've had is welcomed.

B-Vitamins will help with energy production---typically B12, but a B-complex would be good to take. The bigger question is WHY are you tired? You may be feeling effects of anemia, and actually need iron supplementation. If you are a female, this is much more likely than if you're male (sorry--didn't look to see which you are). This could be a sign of a deeper problem, or something as benign (harmless) as low iron from menstruation (your period). Best thing is to go to your family doc and get a very simple blood test done--checking for signs of anemia. It's simple, cheap, and if you DO have the problem, then B-viatmins wouldn't have really helped much anyways.

Depend on if your body needs vitamin B. Give it a try and see if it does something for you. Should notice it in a couple of days.

Try Bcomplex and sublingual B12 ginkgo and omega fatty acid in the morning then before you go to bed take magnesium and Vitamin D. I do this and I have a lot more energy than I did a couple years ago when I wasn't taking it. You should feel a big difference within a month.

You want to find a good B complex. It will most likely make a difference, as many don't get the appropriate amount of Bs in a day - and those they do get aren't natural, but added back into stripped grains. To get more naturally, eat whole grains, with the germ. You should notice something fairly soon - within just a few days, more energy. But, if not, then you probably aren't missing Bs, it could be poor adrenal function causing your sluggishness.

Your Immune` System is the only thing that I know of that can make you feel better. Vitamins and exercise are necessary for you to have a balanced immune system so Yes vitamins may help but vitamins are not drugs and it will take time for result. Do a PH test to see if you are 7.0. Go from there.

Vitamin B complex will help a lot.

Also look at probiotics, they aid in nutritional absorption. Anything food or drink that you consume has to be digested, That is broken down by the acid in your stomach and enzymes, then the benefical bacteria helps maintain a healthy tract and improves the absorption of the nutrients into your blood system. A healthy tract will produce some B vitamins also boost your immune system, there are many good healthy benefits to be gained from a good probiotic. I have taken them for five years now, no bloat/heartburn very few colds/flu and I just feel good each day. Get them at your local health store but only if they in the fridge, plus make sure the dosage is in the billions ( I take 4-8 billion each day)

I get awesome energy and better memory from an energy drink that is loaded with different B vitamins. I also get it from thier sports drinks as well. Check out this site and look at the XS drinks. They are incredible! http://eanderson10.qhealthbeauty.com/
