This anxiety really hurts chest?!


Question: i never realized that stress hurts this much. what are some natural remedies ? i really do not like the medication for day and sleep and would like to discontinue it for a vitamin / herbal therapy ? has anyone used anything that is natural and effective / safe ? discontinuing the stressors are not possible.

5HTP, calcium and magnesium, passionflower, B-complex, GABA,Valerian root, St. John's Wort, Ashwagandha,chamomile and oatstraw. All work in combination to help ease anxiety and help your body adjust to the stress.
If you have panic attacks, get a rescue remedy. Works fast and well.

melatonin works great for sleep and valerian is a natural "tranq" go to a health store and ask about specifics i.e. mixing with meds ect...good luck you can do this !

Reiki. My husband used to get frequent panic attacks and stress from his job landed him in the ER... twice. His doctor tried to put him on anxiety meds, but he only took them for a few days as he hated the stigma of having to take meds for that. Since I started giving him Reiki here and there he is so much better. No more trips to the ER. His blood pressure is normal. And I think I've witnessed only one or two brief panic attacks. If you drink alot of coffee, cut that out too. Drink water or tea instead.
