What is an herbal sleep pillow?!

Long ago people put Lavendar in their linen closets to keep the bedding fresh & help with sleep.

It's a pillow that you sleep on that contains some type of herb (possibly lavender) to aid in sleeping.

Years ago I had trouble sleeping. I just couldn't let my mind relax. I went to an herbal store and had them put lavendar in a cloth bag. I put it under my pillow each morning when I got up. When I went to bed, I took the bag out, and turned the pillow over so I could lay my head on the lavendar aroma. It seemed to work, as I didn't have as much trouble falling asleep.
