Question: yeah ive used the ones for flu & cold, right now I'm using arnica montana for recovery from surgery................ for cramps Ive never tried them. A heating pad is what i use, I use hand warmers when I'm going out. My cramps were killer untill i started exercising daily than if they started up all I needed to aleveate them was a couple toe touches.

yes they work and they usually are sweet with a slight herbal taste. not unpleasant at all.
